Missions/Main Duties

- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules for civil, systems, and interface works.

- Prepare and manage the project plan, work program, and resource plan (manpower, contractors, consultants).

- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions for delays or cost overruns.

- Lead coordination between civil, track, OHE, signaling, telecom, rolling stock, AFC, and stations disciplines to resolve interface issues.

- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental norms on construction and system works.

- Manage project budget, certifications, variation orders, and cost control in line with contract conditions.

- Handle contractual matters:

- correspondences, claims, EOT justifications, change management, and risk management.

- Coordinate with client (e.g., Metro Corporation/MMRDA), independent engineer, and statutory authorities for approvals and inspections.

- Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards,



and presentations for the client and company management.

- Lead and mentor the project team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure performance and discipline.

Profile/Skills:

- Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering Years of experience

- 12-15 Years of experience in project management Prior experience requirement

- Min 5-7 Years Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.

- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.

- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority Robust leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.
