Your Job

As a Senior Lead – Mechanical Engineering, you will provide leadership and direction to a team of mechanical engineers, lead engineers, and designers supporting the design and execution of engineered-to-order products within John Zink's global engineering organization. You will be responsible for building team capability, driving engineering excellence, improving execution discipline, and partnering with global stakeholders to deliver innovative, protected, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that create long-term value for customers and the business.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach,



and develop a team of engineers and designers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Build organizational capability by identifying development opportunities, creating growth plans, and strengthening leadership readiness within the team.

Partner with global stakeholders to drive successful execution of complex engineering projects and strategic initiatives.

Improve engineering effectiveness through standardization, knowledge sharing, quality processes, and continuous improvement efforts.

Promote engineering solutions that prioritize safety, manufacturability, reliability, customer value, and operational excellence.

Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver superior outcomes.

Support transformation initiatives that enhance engineering productivity, innovation, and design quality.
