We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our engineering team, own client relationships, and drive technical excellence across our cloud practice.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and cloud engineers across multiple client engagements
Own end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure projects — from scoping to production
Act as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise clients
Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and review processes
Drive architectural decisions for Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, and observability
Collaborate with leadership on hiring, team growth, and capability planning
Identify opportunities to improve tooling, automation, and platform efficiency
Contribute hands-on to technical work when needed — this is a player-coach role

Requirements





6+ years of experience in DevOps / cloud engineering, including 2+ years in a lead or management role
Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS) and cloud-native architecture
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm)
Experience managing cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects
Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to both engineers and C-level stakeholders
Ability to balance hands-on technical work with people management and client delivery

Nice to Have

CKA / CKAD / CKS or equivalent Kubernetes certification
AWS / Azure / GCP skilled-level certifications
Experience in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients
Background in FinOps, platform engineering, or SRE
