The role

Role & Responsibilities

Triage and diagnose incidents related to storefront availability, cart, checkout, pricing/promotions, product display, search and order flows across both SFRA and PWA storefronts
Monitor site performance, order processing and integration jobs (import/export, API calls) and raise alerts on anomalies within agreed SLA windows
Investigate issues linked to payment service provider integrations (e.g. card and alternative payment methods), PSP callbacks, tax and fraud screening, and checkout errors
Perform first-level analysis on integration flows with PIM, DAM, ERP/OMS and fulfilment systems via the integration/middleware layer
Reproduce defects in staging/sand
