We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves maintaining day-to-day financial records, supporting our clients’ accounting processes, and assisting in the setup and implementation of Zoho Books accounting software for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage internal company accounts (bills, receipts, invoices, bank reconciliation, etc.)
Assist with GST entries, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review
Support client-side accounting operations during consultancy engagements
Assist in configuring and implementing Zoho Books for client businesses
Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure smooth implementation of systems
Maintain proper documentation and follow internal SOPs for accounting workflows
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
0-1 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and general Indian accounting standards
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn recent tools and assist in system implementation
Solid attention to detail and ownership mindset
