About The Role

As a Specialist - Technical Accounting & External Reporting, you will act as a technical accounting subject matter expert and support the preparation, review, and audit of statutory and consolidated financial statements. You will research IFRS/local GAAP accounting positions, translate technical conclusions into disclosures, and ensure schedules and audit evidence are accurate and audit-ready. The role partners with controllership, shared services, tax,



legal, business finance, and external auditors to deliver compliant financial statements with minimal audit adjustments.

What You Will Do

Analyze complex accounting issues and provide well-documented technical guidance on complex transactions (e.g., revenue, leases, business combinations, impairments) in line with IFRS.
Assist in providing accounting support for M&A;, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructuring activities.
Evaluate the accounting treatment of business combinations, goodwill, and intangible assets.
Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements, notes, disclosure schedules, and management review packs under IFRS and local statutory requirements.
Review trial balance mappings, consolidation entries, eliminations, intercompany balances, and disclosure checklists for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate audit readiness activities, including PBC schedules,
