This position focuses on Inside Sales executive activities –cross-functional connect, management interactions, market research, lead identification, prospect engagement through e-mail, makes outbound calls, qualifies the leads etc.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive inside sales strategies to expand the reach of software products in targeted regions.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert market opportunities into sales and long-term business relationships.
Effectively communicates the value proposition of the software products to potential customers.
Prepare regular reports on inside sales activities, team performance, and market trends.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve inside sales efforts.




Adaptable to work as per territory time zones (USA, Europe & APAC) to have maximum overlap of the targeted market.

Requirements & Qualifications

Any Engineering Graduate + MBA (preferable) with at least 1 to 2 years of successful lead generation, telemarketing, tele sales, inside sales, outside sales and/or sales support experience in Global Market
Ability to qualify potential clients with a series of screening questions
Stay highly organized while building a large amount of qualified leads
Communicate efficiently and effectively with the sales team
Easily approaches strangers, takes ownership, persistent, ambitious, empathetic, accepts uncertainty, rejection, etc.
A go-getter attitude, passionate, confidence and a desire to drive revenue
Being a people-person with an outgoing personality, strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
