Responsibility: Human Resource Generalist Activities. Assist recruitment process and employee on-board. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Administer and organize internal events/meetings. Maintain Employee Records Handling employee query/ grievance Support in Audit-related process Performance Management of the employees and help team for appraisal. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:



Entry level knowledge in any of the HR functions. Demonstrated Problem Solving skills with the ability to handle highly strategic and challenging Business problems. Should be passionate about People Management. Working proficiency and communication skills in Verbal and Written English. Fresh BBA, BCA, BCOM, MBA candidates are preferred.
