General MBA /MBA in Management/ Accountung along with a four (4) year General BBA or BBA in Management/ Accountung from a public university. Minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale or equivalent First Class
The minimum GPA in both SSC and HSC examinations (or equivalent examinations) must be 4.50 on a 5.00 scale or its equivalent respectively.
In addition to gross salary, the faculty members are also entitled with two festival allowances and a Bangla Current Year allowance in a year. Other renumerations, such as for script evaluation, question paper preparation, are also applicable as per BUP policy.
