The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.




Comfortable working across both functional and technical aspects (from Design perspective) in complex environments to gather & interpret business & functional requirements.
Have conducted workshops, done gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be analysis) & designed effective solutions aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
Campion in creating business requirement documents (BRD), process design document, drafting use cases, user stories etc.
Having design mindset, used tools like Figma in past, should possess basic understanding of Widget, pages, themes, UI components in ServiceNow using HTML, CSS, JavaScript to create best wireframes.
Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and performance across ServiceNow functions within Worley.
Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues and defects.
Ensure consistency with brand standards and design systems across all ServiceNow interfaces.
