Job Title: Team Manager – Business Support, IT PMO

As a Team Manager under Business Support service line, you will oversee end-to-end Customer BUIT projects for Americas Region. Your role will focus on delivering well-architected solutions that enhance both customer and business experiences. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization. The incumbent will leverage expertise in SDLC, business analysis, and project management to deliver scalable and high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight

Help Team drive project planning, execution, and delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and quality.
Ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with business objectives.
Manage changes, risks, and dependencies proactively.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project governance standards.

Quality & Delivery Assurance

Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Oversee testing,



validation, and readiness for production release.
Monitor key delivery metrics and take corrective action where needed.
Promote continuous improvement in processes to enhance delivery quality.

Coordination & Governance

Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Infrastructure, Testing, Support) and external vendors.
Track progress, chase actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain clear documentation and decision records.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and audit requirements.

Management responsibility

Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects effectively.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
Drive team productivity by setting transparent goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
Support team development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
