What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality hygiene care with compassion and professionalism
Perform dental cleanings, exams, and X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options
Partner with dentists and team members to create a positive, efficient workflow
Maintain accurate patient records and stay current with charting and documentation
Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment for patients of all backgrounds
What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-first care
A team player who’s eager to learn, grow, and support others
