Essential

Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the health sector.
Proficiency in English and fluency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Willingness and flexibility to travel for fieldwork at short notice.

Desirable:

Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel,



PowerPoint; experience with statistical tools like SPSS, EPI Info, or similar.
Excellent analytical and writing capabilities.
Experience in team coordination and facilitation.
Prior involvement in training and capacity building is an added advantage.
