About The Role

We are seeking a State Sales Coordinator (SAP Coordinator) to join one of our esteemed clients. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with solid coordination, reporting, and operational management skills. You’ll serve as a vital link between the Head Office and State teams, supporting seamless communication and efficient back-office operations—including SAP activities, MIS reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is essential for success in this position.

Role Responsibilities

Act as the primary coordination point between the Head Office and State Sales Teams.
Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up on operational activities across departments.
Manage SAP-related activities including Purchase Requisition (PR) creation, Purchase Order (PO) processing, tracking, and updates.




Coordinate with channel partners and internal stakeholders for timely execution of business requirements.
Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with complete accuracy.
Monitor sales data, operational reports, and business performance metrics.
Ensure all reports are submitted within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of operational activities, approvals, and documentation.
Track pending tasks and proactively follow up with concerned teams for closure.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams for smooth workflow.
Assist in vendor coordination and documentation whenever required.
Support the sales team by providing operational and administrative assistance.
Maintain data integrity in SAP and internal systems.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Handle email communication with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
