The Role Overview

We are looking to onboard a Specialist in Video Production and Editing for Reconstruct.Life — our learning platform that envisions creating deep and meaningful video content covering all major roles and responsibilities that human beings take in their journey and growth. The content spans parenting, relationships, excellence at work, leadership, and inner growth.

This is a high-output, high-ownership role where you will manage the entire production lifecycle — from pre-production planning and shooting to post-production editing, motion graphics, and asset design. You will work across formats: long-form courses and podcast episodes, short-form social videos, photo shoots, and everything in between. Critically,



you are someone who has already embedded AI tools into your production workflow — not as an experiment, but as a daily productivity layer that helps you work faster and smarter.
