Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Staffing Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition, build long-term client relationships, and expand our IT staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of enterprise clients, system integrators, and technology companies, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Acquire current Direct Clients, Enterprise Accounts, and System Integrators.
Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, HR Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Hiring Managers.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client staffing requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards,
MSAs, NDAs, and staffing agreements.
Drive Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, Contract-to-Hire, and Project-Based Hiring.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews using CRM.
Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Stay updated on IT hiring trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
5–10 years of experience in IT Staffing Sales or Technology Recruitment Sales.
Proven experience in acquiring enterprise clients and managing key accounts.
Strong knowledge of IT staffing models, including Contract, Permanent, Contract-to-Hire, and Project Staffing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
Ability to build strategic relationships and close high-value deals.
