About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to drive user experience strategy, lead design initiatives, and mentor a team of designers. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX /UI expertise, product thinking, user research, and design system knowledge to create impactful B2B and B2C digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to solve complex problems, shape product direction,

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developer and Business Stakeholders to transform business requirements into user-centric solutions.
Conduct user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, usability testing, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate design decisions.
