THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and a very passionate individual for a ‘Financial Planning & Analysis Manager’ at Wella Company. The FP&A; Manager will be handling end to end budget and forecasting process to facilitate decision making and support future business strategies.
The role will involve strong commercial ownership and accountability for business performance,



partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to enable revenue growth, margin improvement, and sustainable profitability across channels
The individual needs to demonstrate a true business‑partnering mindset and provide finance support to the business through deep‑dive analysis, standard reporting, and performance tracking across customers and channels, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Monthly P&L; closing in line with Forecasts
Lead, Control and monitor Key Cost buckets like Trade Spends & Brand Spends
Provide detailed commentary of key business results on a monthly basis and perform root cause analysis for key movements
Monitoring the key customer balances and act as a SPOC for queries from Customers on revenue and credit
Ideate and Develop reporting dashboards for senior management
Act as a finance business partner in current customer acquisition and Pro
