Position Summary
The selected candidate is responsible for execution and support of strategic
sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier and toller management,
cost optimization initiatives, compliance execution, process improvement and
reporting, ensuring uninterrupted supply and regulatory adherence, and MIS
reporting while working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
* Robust sourcing and execution for raw materials, intermediates, solvents,
chemicals and packaging materials.
* Sourcing and coordination of tolling partners (3rd party manufacturing) and
logistics service providers.
* Execute sourcing activities for logistics, warehousing, CHA, freight and
other services under defined strategy.
* Support category strategies and alternate sourcing initiatives aligned with
cost and risk objectives.
