Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Analyst who understands trends, engages audiences, and builds brand visibility. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about producing high-quality content (especially reels) related to spiritual services, festivals, rituals, and cultural themes.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and high-quality Reels, posts, stories, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals, festivals, and seasonal campaigns.




Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Conduct competitor and trend research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to showcase Pandit services, rituals, astrology, and customer experiences.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form content to drive audience interaction.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
Monitor social media inquiries and forward leads to the support team when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
Proven experience in social media content creation (reels, short videos, posts).
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube analytics and trends.
Basic skills in Canva, Figma, CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools.
Ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategies.
Good communication and writing ski
