Recruitment and Staffing of the respective team.
Should be a graduate with relevant experience and also should have experience as a branch head in any banks, microfinance or any other financial institutions.
Will be responsible for Collection & Business, Team Building, Target Achievements, Analysis & Interpretation of Reports etc.
