Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in Nagpur. The Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. The role includes leading and coaching the sales team, driving customer engagement, managing scheduling, and monitoring sales performance against targets. The manager handles customer escalations, ensures a positive in-store experience, and implements retail loss prevention practices.



Additional responsibilities include reporting store metrics, coordinating with head office on promotions and new launches, and supporting local community and sneaker culture events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing operations, and meeting sales goals.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and maintain compliance with store policies.
Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion, streetwear, or sneakers, with an understanding of current trends.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a quick-paced, customer-focused environment.
