The Microsoft Ads Editor team develops and operates Microsoft Advertising Editor, a cross-platform application used by advertisers to efficiently create, manage, and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns.
As a Principal Software Engineer Manager, you will lead a high-performing engineering organization responsible for delivering cutting-edge advertiser experiences, scalable architectures, and engineering excellence across the Editor ecosystem. You will provide technical and organizational leadership, drive long-term strategy, foster AI-native engineering practices,



and collaborate across product, design, data science, and platform teams to build reliable, secure, accessible, and customer-centric solutions that power advertiser productivity worldwide.
