Experience in digital application management, customer experience platforms, or enterprise search technologies, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
Responsibilities
What will you do?
Take the Lead with These Responsibilities:
Own the strategy, development, and optimization of a global digital search solution focused on enhancing customer experience.
· Design and implement intelligent search functionalities using AI, NLP, and semantic search technologies.
· Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the search platform across digital channels.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, data science, and product to deliver personalized and relevant search experiences.
· Manage end-to-end project lifecycles: requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
· Continuously analyze search data and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation.




· Align search initiatives with business goals in close partnership with the Global Search Domain Leader.
· Provide training and support to internal teams to maximize adoption and impact of the search solution.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Deep expertise in enterprise search platforms (e.g., I3 Findwise, Elasticsearch, Algolia, Coveo, Google Vertex AI search).
· Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and semantic search.
· Experience integrating search with CMS (e.g., Builder.io), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Spryker), and CRM/FAQ systems (e.g., Salesforce).
· Solid grasp of web technologies (JavaScript, Sveltekit, APIs, RESTful services) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
· Proven track record in project management using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Analytical mindset with experience in search analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis.
