What You’ll Do

Build enterprise-grade AI agents: You'll collaborate closely with clients to architect, build, and deploy robust AI agents capable of operating at scale.

Evolve agent development lifecycle: Adapt established software engineering practices to address the unique challenges of AI agents, specifically regarding non-deterministic behaviors, natural language integration, and LLM dependencies.

Accelerate generative agent development:



Leverage modern tools like Cursor and Claude Code to speed up agent creation, while exploring the design of harness and self-optimizing systems that improve through real-world usage, user feedback, and self-play loops.

Shape the future of product & platform: Your team’s direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Backbase’s product & platform. What You’ll Bring

? Experienced: Minimum 3 years in building agentic applications.
? Technically Strong: Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks, architectures, design patterns, knowledge-base, AI-search, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, evaluation, and guardrailing.
? Agentic Thinker: Well-versed in up-to-date AI agent patterns including MCP, A2A, ACP. Y
