About The Role

As an Enterprise Growth Associate at IQWorks, you will take our data protection platform to the enterprises that need it most and stay with them from the first conversation through implementation and early success. This is a revenue-focused role with a real product dimension: you will identify and scope prospective clients, act as their primary point of contact through evaluation, lead a fast implementation once they sign, and feed what you learn back into the product. Our growth is built on relationship-driven sales to large clients, not high-volume cold calling. The only services-like part of the job is standing up the product on the client side, and even that is designed to be quick — we hire people who can play a dual functional and semi-technical role so deployments finish in a few weeks, never drag on for months. You will lean on AI heavily to do the work that has traditionally been manual — research, account mapping, outreach, call prep, and follow-ups — while applying sharp judgment about where the human touch matters most,



so relationships and deal quality are never compromised. We support hybrid working and flexible schedule, and we look for people who bring the consistency and responsiveness that high-ownership work depends on. This role sits within a growing go-to-market team, with executive support from managers and leadership as you scale accounts.

What You Will Do

Identify and scope prospective enterprise clients, reach out, and set up initial discussions through relationship-driven business development, not high-volume cold calling
Act as the primary liaison for prospective customers — running demos, pitches, discussions, workshops, and in-person business development
Lead product implementation for client onboarding, configuration, and customization, owning changes end to end so deployments complete in a few weeks
Own client success after deployment — driving adoption, renewals, and account expansion, with executive support from manage
