About the Role:
Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies
Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement.
About You
3-5 years of workday Experience in HCM or Finance modules
3+ years of robust Workday development experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports
Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT,
vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
Strong knowledge on workday Studio and XSLT
Good Knowledge Workday business process
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
