Must-Have Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Testing and Quality Assurance for enterprise-scale implementations.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow CMDB, including:
CI Class Modeling
CI Relationships
Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
Reconciliation Rules
Data Sources
Transform Maps
CMDB Health Validation
Practical experience validating Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementations.
Hands-on experience testing Discovery and Service Mapping, including:
MID Server Validation
Discovery Patterns
Credentials
Discovery Pattern Debugging
Data Reconciliation
Strong understanding of CMDB Governance, including:
Data Ownership
Lifecycle Management
Data Certification
Normalization
Duplicate Remediation
Data Quality Controls




Solid expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Experience testing across at least three or more ServiceNow modules, including:
ITSM
ITOM
ITAM
HRSD
SecOps
GRC/IRM
SPM
Experience testing Scoped Applications and custom ServiceNow applications.
Experience validating integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP
IntegrationHub
MID Server
Import Sets
Transform Maps
Scripted APIs
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as:
Postman
SoapUI
Working knowledge of:
JavaScript
Glide APIs
HTML
CSS
XML
ServiceNow Scripting
Strong understanding of:
ITIL Practices
Service Management
Asset Management
Infrastructure Domains
Application Service Dependencies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
