Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.



The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain immigration, overseas education, and international career support services, and respond to inbound inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, providing basic information about services and processes, scheduling appointments for consultations, and updating call records in the CRM system. The role involves following up with interested prospects, addressing initial questions and concerns, and directing clients to specialist teams for detailed guidance. The Telemarketer will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support client conversion, maintain service standards, and meet activity and performance targets.
