The Employee Service Center is a team of HR professionals dedicated to supporting current, former, and future Koch employees across APAC and EMEA. We collaborate daily through calls, chats, and self-service tools to deliver timely and effective solutions while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork

What You Will Do

Deliver a high-quality employee experience by providing HR support through multiple communication channels.
Build trusted partnerships with employees, stakeholders, team members, and external vendors to resolve HR-related inquiries.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance HR service delivery.
Leverage diverse perspectives and knowledge networks to solve complex employee issues and improve outcomes.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and stewardship when handling sensitive employee information.
Create, update, and improve knowledge content using Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodology to enable self-service and knowledge sharing.




Contribute to transformation initiatives by experimenting with new ideas and embracing innovative ways of working.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience supporting customers, employees, or stakeholders in a service-oriented workplace.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What Will Put You Ahead

Prior experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Service Center, or HR Support environments.
Knowledge of Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodology or knowledge management practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships across global teams and stakeholders.
