Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales Manager, Visa & Immigration (B2C) based in Gurugram.
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven sales professional with 5+ years of experience in B2C Visa & Immigration sales.



The ideal candidate must have successfully advised and converted individual customers for visa and immigration services and have prior experience working with a Visa & Immigration Consultancy or Immigration Agency.
The role involves managing the complete customer journey, from lead generation and counseling to deal closure—while consistently achieving revenue targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert B2C leads for visa and immigration services.
Counsel customers on the most suitable visa and immigration options based on their travel, education, work, or migration goals.
Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct customer consultations and explain visa eligibility, documentation requirements, timelines, and service offerings.
Build trust with customers and guide them throughout the sales process.
