About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Inspector to join our growing team at Orange Abasan Private Limited. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects by overseeing all on-site activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with a solid background in civil engineering and construction. As a Site Inspector, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life while maintaining our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

Should be a Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering along with good computer knowledge.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Major Highways & Bridge projects costing more than Rs 100 Crore for minimum

two years on similar position.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal,



and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Chartered Engineer (CE) license or equivalent certification would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring all work is performed according to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
