The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of both front-end and back-end development, along with a strong understanding of website performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices and efficient workflows.
Design and implement scalable WordPress architecture for complex projects.
Work with PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) to enhance website functionality.
Optimize website speed, SEO performance, and security.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to create feature-rich websites.




Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including cross-browser compatibility.
Ensure smooth CI/CD deployments and version control using Git.
Stay up to date with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in Full Stack WordPress Development.
Expert in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
Robust experience in custom theme and plugin development.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js).
Experience working with WooCommerce and API integrations.
Proficiency in performance optimization and security best practices.
Knowledge of server management, cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean), and DevOps processes.
