Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, track inventory, and optimize storage space.
In and Out Entries: Accurately record stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Computer Technical Knowledge: Utilize computer systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
Team Management: Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service, resolve issues, and build customer relationships.
Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks, identify slow-moving items,



and implement strategies to minimize waste.
Reporting: Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store management or a similar role.
Skills:
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
