Ideal

Candidate

We are looking for more than a traditional Infrastructure Manager. The ideal candidate should be able to operate across:

Client Management → AMS Delivery → Team Leadership → Infrastructure Architecture → Azure Cloud → Hands-on Troubleshooting → Major Incident Management → Security → Automation → Continuous Improvement The person should be comfortable speaking with a client CIO or IT Director in one meeting and joining engineers on a technical bridge call to resolve a critical Azure or infrastructure problem in the next.

This role requires someone who takes end-to-end ownership of the customer, the AMS team, and the technology environment. I’d use “IT Infrastructure & Azure Cloud AMS Manager” as the posting title. It makes the three expectations—client management, AMS leadership, and hands-on infrastructure/Azure expertise—clear from the beginning.
