- Troubleshoot technical issues on desktops, laptops, servers and network.
- Install, Configure and Maintain computers and its related software.
- Support ISO and Client audits.
- Perform system changes adhered to Organizational policies.
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot and assistance to end users who are working from home.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Patch Management.
TECHNICAL SKILLSET:-
- Windows Platforms Windows 7, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10.1
- Linux Platforms – Linux Mint
- Anti-Virus
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Windows Backups and Restorations.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:- B.E / B. Tech, BSC & BCA.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing IT infrastructure independently and robust computer knowledge.
