Job Title: IT Coordinator

We are hiring an experienced IT Coordinator to oversee daily IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in hardware, software, networking, and user support, along with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily IT support operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
- Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and maintenance.




- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely software updates, data backups, antivirus protection, and IT security compliance.
- Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience as an IT Coordinator or IT Support Executive.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware, printers, and system troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network administration.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
