Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer with hands-on experience in the Stock Market, Broking, or Capital Markets industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in managing trading infrastructure, user support, network administration, cybersecurity, and market-related applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operations of trading systems and providing technical support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for trading operations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot trading terminals such as ODIN, NEST, Omnesys, NOW, IWIN, or similar platforms.
- Support applications related to NSE, BSE, MCX, and NCDEX.
- Configure and maintain dealer terminals, RMS systems, and market data applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access management.
- Monitor LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, antivirus, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Coordinate with exchange vendors, software providers, and internet service providers.
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and IP phones.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to dealers, operations, and back-office teams.
- Ensure maximum uptime during live market hours.





Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching).
- Firewall configuration and network security.
- Hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- SQL database basics and backup management.
- Experience in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Preferred Stock Market Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of IT experience in a Stock Broking, Financial Services, Investment Firm, or Capital Markets environment.
- Hands-on experience with trading applications and exchange connectivity.
- Knowledge of RMS systems and dealer support.
- Understanding of SEBI, NSE, and BSE operational environments will be preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, ITIL, VMware, or Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
