- Maintain Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
- Handle CCTV and biometric attendance machines.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers and scanners.
- Provide IT support for meetings, presentations, and Zoom calls.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and peripheral issues.
- Install and maintain required software and applications.
- Provide quick IT support to employees and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain basic records of IT assets and equipment.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, printers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and biometric systems.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
