Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage the company's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

· Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.

· Monitor and maintain computer systems, LAN/Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

· Install and update operating systems, software, and antivirus programs.

· Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

· Troubleshoot system and network issues in a timely manner.





· Maintain IT asset inventory and service records.

· Perform regular data backups and support data recovery when required.

· Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software support.

· Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protect company data.

· Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for current employees and office requirements.

· Prepare MIS reports and maintain IT records using Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis).

· Manage, troubleshoot, and provide user support for IKAP software, including installation, configuration, and issue resolution.

Salary Range

18k- 25k

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
