Responsibilities

- Analyse requirements and translate them into features for digital applications and products

- Conduct quality checks to ensure applications meet functional and user requirements

- Engage with stakeholders, coordinate with partners, and drive alignment to achieve project outcomes

- Manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate with development teams to deliver on commitments, and ensure a high standard of user satisfaction

- Provide technical support for product demonstrations, capacity-building workshops, and outreach activitie

Qualification

- Masters or Bachelors degree in computer applications or a related field

- Skill Set

- Solid understanding of web application architecture, development lifecycle, and digital technologies

- Ability to gather and analyse stakeholder requirements and translate them into application features

- Working knowledge of application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

- Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes
