Job Summary

AVCOM Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Active Presales Engineer to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing and proposing enterprise IT Infrastructure solutions, including Networking, Security, Wireless, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, and Data Center technologies.

The role requires close collaboration with the Sales, OEM, and Delivery teams to design scalable, cost-effective, and technically compliant solutions for enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements through discussions, site surveys, RFPs, RFQs, and BOQs.
- Design end-to-end Active IT Infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare detailed BOMs, solution architecture, technical specifications, and compliance documents.
- Develop techno-commercial proposals and customer presentations.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and pre-sales engagements.
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for solution design, pricing, certifications, and technical support.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Prepare technical responses for government and enterprise tenders.
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Ensure seamless project handover to the implementation team after order confirmation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and OEM product portfolios.

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related discipline.
- Relevant OEM certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE, Azure, VMware, Microsoft , etc., will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Presales.
- Prior experience with a System Integrator (SI), Value Added Reseller (VAR), OEM, or IT Infrastructure Company is mandatory.
- Experience in handling Enterprise, Government, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Education sector projects will be preferred.
