Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven

IPs & Events Producer to conceptualize, produce, and manage high-impact on-ground and virtual events, branded intellectual properties (IPs), and special initiatives for Republic Media Network. The role requires conceptualizing IPs, event production, and cross-functional coordination and in-depth understanding of broadcast and brand deliverables to create compelling experiences that align with editorial excellence and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop original event IPs, conclaves, summits, award shows, town halls, and branded experiences.

- Create compelling event concepts, presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Plan and execute end-to-end event production, including show flow, scripting, branding, and brand integrations.

- Coordinate with editorial, production, marketing, sales, digital, graphics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Develop event rundowns, speaker journeys, anchor scripts, AV concepts, and production schedules.





- Drive innovative audience engagement ideas, experiential activations, and branded integrations.

- Oversee TV and Digital deliverables, pre-event promotions, live event execution, and post-event content packaging for television and digital platforms.

- Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables while ensuring quality control.

- Stay updated on industry trends to develop new editorial and commercial IP opportunities.

Required Skills

- 3-7 years of experience in event production, media, television, branded content, or experiential marketing.

- Strong understanding of television production, live broadcasts, and news programming.

- Excellent presentation, storytelling, scripting, and communication skills.

- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, concept notes, and sponsorship proposals.

- Robust project management and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced news environment.
