- IPO Process &
- Regulatory Support:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing key IPO documents such as Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), and Offer Documents.





- Collaborate with SEBI, stock exchanges (NSE/BSE), and regulatory bodies to ensure timely submissions and compliance.

- Coordinate due diligence activities with auditors, legal counsel, and merchant bankers.

- Financial Analysis &

- Modelling:

- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation models (comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.).

- Conduct industry and peer analysis to support valuation and positioning of the company in the market.

- Assist in preparing investment decks, pitch books, and roadshow presentations for institutional investors.

- Documentation &

- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all IPO-related documents, filings, and approvals.

- Assist in preparation of Q&A; documents for investor interactions, analyst meets, and roadshows.

- Track and manage changes in capital structure, promoter holdings, and compliance status during the IPO process.

- Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, compliance, investor relations, and external consultants.

- Participate in investor roadshows, analyst calls, and prepare briefing notes and summaries for leadership.
