About Your Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented HR Recruiters who are passionate about interacting with candidates, understanding their career aspirations, and connecting them with suitable job opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and the drive to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through ATS and our databases, social media, references, and multiple recruitment channels.
- Make a high volume of outbound recruiting calls to potential candidates every day.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with job seekers via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Understand candidate profiles, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and location preferences.
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on client requirements.
- Schedule interviews and ensure candidates attend interviews on time.
- Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers, ATS, or CRM systems.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Resolve candidate queries regarding job roles, interview process, salary structure, and company information.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Recruitment Managers regarding hiring progress.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily calling, interview scheduling, joining, and hiring targets.
- Maintain data quality and adhere to company recruitment processes and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (regional languages are an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS/CRM systems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in BPO recruitment, volume hiring, staffing, or recruitment consultancy is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
