Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a point of contact for existing and prospective investors.
- Support the preparation of investor pitch decks, updates, reports, and due diligence materials.
- Maintain and update the investor CRM and tracking tools.
- Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, webinars, and events.
- Prepare timely responses to investor queries and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with finance and executive teams to gather data for reporting and presentations.
- Monitor market and industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting obligations.
- Contribute to fundraising initiatives, including pipeline management and outreach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance,



Business, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of tools like Salesforce, PitchBook, or IR platforms is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information.
