We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Investor Relations team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the firms investor communications and reporting processes, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, analytical rigor and high-quality presentation materials.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical proficiency and a proactive mindset toward process improvement, including the use of emerging AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Earnings Reporting Support Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including drafting updates, compiling financial and operating data, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across disclosures.
- Data Management Integrity Maintain and update core investor relations datasets, including KPIs, market data, and peer benchmarking metrics. Ensure timely and accurate data entry across internal systems and reporting frameworks.
- Analysis Insights Perform recurring and ad hoc analysis of financial performance, investor trends, and market positioning. Translate data into actionable insights to support senior management and investor messaging.
- Presentation Development Develop and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations, including earnings decks, investor presentations, and internal briefing materials. Ensure materials are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with firm messaging.




- Process Automation AI Integration Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation. Leverage AI tools to enhance data processing, reporting efficiency, and content generation while maintaining rigorous quality control.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with onshore Investor Relations, Finance, Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, data accuracy, and deliverables.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience required.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial data platforms is a plus
- Experience building macros and using AI coding tools such as Claude to streamline workflows and drive productivity gains
- Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
