Role Description The Investor Relations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing communication between client companies and their investors, analysts and other market participants, ensuring consistent and transparent messaging about financial performance and strategic direction.

The Manager will prepare investor presentations, briefing documents, FAQs, and reports, and support roadshows and investor meetings for IPOs and post-listing activities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, monitoring market trends, preparing insights on investor sentiment, and collaborating with finance, legal,



and advisory teams to align messaging with regulatory and business objectives. The role also entails maintaining investor databases, responding to investor queries professionally, and contributing to strategies that enhance investor confidence and successful IPO outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations skills, including stakeholder communication, investor engagement, and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and investor feedback for decision-making and reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and IPO processes.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Modeling to support valuation analysis, scenario planning, and investor materials.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Investments, including equity markets, institutional and retail investor behavior, and fundraising dynamics.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) are beneficial.
- Experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or prior IPO-related roles will be an advantage.
