Senior Analyst – Fixed Income Performance & Attribution (Aladdin)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst – Fixed Income Performance & Attribution to join our Investment Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fixed income analytics, performance measurement, and attribution methodologies, along with hands-on experience using BlackRock Aladdin . This role will support global investment teams by delivering accurate performance reporting, attribution analysis, and actionable investment insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly Fixed Income Performance Measurement and Attribution .
- Analyze portfolio performance across government bonds, corporate bonds, high yield, emerging market debt, securitized products, and money market instruments.
- Produce detailed attribution reports explaining excess returns, duration, yield curve, sector allocation, security selection, spread, carry, and currency impacts.
- Validate and reconcile performance calculations against benchmark data.
- Investigate and resolve performance exceptions, discrepancies, and data quality issues.
- Utilize BlackRock Aladdin to perform portfolio analytics, performance reporting, and attribution analysis.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers, Investment Analysts, Risk Management, Operations, and Technology teams.




- Ensure timely delivery of client and management performance reports.
- Support performance methodology enhancements and process automation initiatives.
- Participate in UAT testing, system upgrades, and implementation projects involving Aladdin.
- Maintain documentation of performance methodologies and operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to GIPS standards and internal governance policies where applicable.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in Investment Performance Measurement and Attribution.
- Solid experience in Fixed Income Performance Attribution .
- Mandatory hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin.
- Excellent understanding of:
- Fixed Income instruments
- Duration and Convexity
- Yield Curve Analysis
- Credit Spread Analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
