We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives for our US International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in handling international customer service calls, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US-based customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, Quality, and Productivity.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US Customer Service).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Neutral accent with robust listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience working on CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in International Customer Service (Voice).
- Excellent spoken English (Speech & Writing Level: B2 or above).
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Willing to work from the Noida office (100% Work From Office).
